Game-Changing Tools for Peak Athletic Performance

Overview

Sreenidhi Sports Academy partnered with us to design a custom Athlete Performance analytics Dashboard — an internal platform for athletes & coaches to track skill development and unlock data-driven insights.

The focus was on creating an interface that felt professional, intuitive, and accessible — even to non-technical users. The objective was to create a clean, intuitive interface that could translate complex performance metrics into clear, actionable information.

Our Role

We led the entire project end to end by defining the user experience strategy and designing the entire interface system. From layout and navigation to data visualization and iconography, we worked closely with the client to ensure the platform translated raw metrics into clear, actionable insights. Every screen was built with usability in mind, ensuring that detailed analytics could be interpreted at a glance and easily compared over time.

The Requirement

Athletes needed to see where they were excelling or falling behind, while coaches needed to quickly interpret insights and guide training decisions. The challenge lay in balancing depth with clarity — creating a tool that was as informative as it was intuitive.

Solution

We designed a modular dashboard system tailored specifically to the workflows of athletes and coaching staff.

The interface featured personalized player profiles, summary cards for key metrics, and interactive visual elements like bar charts and trend indicators. Visual hierarchy, micro-interactions, and clean layout systems made navigating across multiple performance layers — technical, tactical, physical, and psychological — seamless and efficient.

By designing for clarity and purpose, we delivered a robust foundation for data engagement, daily usage, and future product expansion.

Athlete Dashboard

We built a personalized dashboard to streamline athlete and coaching workflows. Clean layout, visual hierarchy, and interactive analytics made performance data easy to navigate and act on. By designing for clarity and purpose, we delivered an efficient foundation for data engagement and future expansion.

Coach Dashboard

The Coach Dashboard lets coaches track athlete performance, analyze skills across key areas, set goals, create meso calendars and detailed session plans, adjust training programs, and generate insights — all from one easy-to-use platform.

The Outcome

The final design significantly improved how users interpreted and interacted with performance data. The platform delivered a more accessible and engaging experience, resulting in faster navigation across modules, improved understanding of progress metrics, and stronger engagement from both players and coaches. With a scalable design system in place, the dashboard is now equipped to grow alongside the needs of the program.
